NONSTOP OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CORPORATION is a registered company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), licensed by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and permitted by the City Government of Manila to engage in the recruitment of qualified Filipinos for overseas employment.
Our Corporation was established by topnotched managers from various agencies with over 10 years of recruitment experience in the Philippines. Their combined expertise in the recruitment industry makes the company a world-class agency which can withstand the challenges posed by the new millenium.
We also conduct provincial recruitment and hold Job Fairs in different cities and municipalities to supplement our personal contacts in more than 1,500 municipalities all over the Philippines through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).
LOCATION
Our main office is centrally located within the tourist belt area and accessible to all types of transporation. It is stone throwaway from first class hotels, malls, airline ticketing/booking offices, travel agencies, money exchanges, internet stations and commercial banks.
Likewise, our office is within walking distance to the famous Manila Bay, Rizal Park and US Embassy. Different foreign nationals come to these areas for various business purposes.
Most importantly, our office is located in a safe and secured area where security is provided by operatives of the nearby Western Police District Sub-Station.

SHORT TERM PLAN
The Company continues to recruit qualified Filipino workers for deployment abroad, provide them financial assistance, transporation, accomodations and training.
SOURCE OF APPLICANTS
Nonstop Overseas Employment Corporation conducts job fairs, advertisements and branches' recruitment to pool qualified Filipino workers for overseas deployment.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
It is the Company's policy to provide financial assistance by paying the expenses for passporting, medical examination, fare and other miscellaneous expenses of its applicants on a case to case basis.
TRANSPORATION
Free shuttle services are provided for the applicants by the time they had arrived in Manila. They are fetched at the port or bus station; ferried from the office to the clinic where they will undergo medical examination; transported from the office to the Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) and finally, shuttled to the airport.
ACCOMODATION
While waiting for their flight schedule, applicants are provided free board and lodging accomodations.
TRAINING
The applicants also undergo actual in-house training to prepare them for domestic chores and to adapt themselves to the kind of jobs given to them by their would-be employers.
LONG TERM PLAN
For the next five years, the Company plans to expand its recruitment activities aimed at providing opportunities to qualified Filipino workers to work abroad. To this end, additional branches shall be established in the different parts of the country.
The Company is also prospecting to open its deployment in Hong Kong and other part of Southeast Asia, Europe and USA considering the fact that Hong Kong and other foreign employers prefer Filipino workers. This is due to the fact that Overseas Filipino workers are conversant in the English language.
