ETARI TRUCKS:

1. REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, conduct repair and preventive maintenance, and perform Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) of Dole and 3rd party reefer containers.
• Inspect and diagnose internal and external reefer container damages for repairs (e.g. door access panels, interior and exterior linings).
• Perform final Pre-Trip Inspection of reefer containers prior to dispatch.
• Do Electricals works such as industrial controls system of commercials Refrigeration and air-conditioning.
• Do motors rewinding Single phase tree phase motors, interprets schematic wiring diagram and controls.
• Monitoring temperature according to the demand.
• Experience 3 to 5 Years working with (THERMO KING & CARRIER)..


2. BUS AND TRUCK MECHANIC AND DIESEL ENGINE TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
• Adjust and reline brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.
• Test drive trucks and buses to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.
• Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges.
• Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices.
• Specialize in repairing and maintaining parts of the engine, such as fuel injection systems.
• Attach test instruments to equipment, and read dials and gauges in order to diagnose malfunctions.
• Rewire ignition systems, lights, and instrument panels.
• Recondition and replace parts, pistons, bearings, gears, and valves.
• Repair and adjust seats, doors, and windows, and install and repair accessories.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain automotive and mechanical equipment and machinery such as pumps and compressors.
• Disassemble and overhaul internal combustion engines, pumps, generators, transmissions, clutches, and differential units.
• Rebuild diesel engines.
• Align front ends and suspension systems.
• Operate valve-grinding machines to grind and reset valves.
• Experience 3 to 5 Years working with MAN or VOLVO Trucks Dealer .

ETARI CAR CARE:

3. AUTO DETAILER
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cleans and refurbishes new and used automobiles.
• Washes vehicle exterior to clean cars, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
• Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
• Vacuums interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using vacuum cleaner.
• Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
• Applies revitalizes and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces, and treats fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
• Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime.
• Paints engine components and related parts, using spray gun or aerosol can and masking material.
• Applies paint to chipped body surfaces of vehicle, using container of touchup paint.
• Applies dyes and reconditioning chemical to vinyl tops of vehicle to restore color and condition.
• Experience 3 to 5 Years working with Meguiars, 3M or Ziebart.


4. WINDOW TINT INSTALLER
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare glass for application of window tinting.
• Measure glass for cutting film.
• Create patterns or uses existing pattern for cutting film.
• Examine glass for defects prior to application.
• Coats flat and automotive glass with window tinting to achieve effects if darkening, UV protection, graffiti protection, and security.
• Monitor stock levels to maintain enterprise activities.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a tidy work area.
• Follow workplace occupational health and safety procedures.
• Use and maintain workplace tools and equipment.
• Establish relations with customers.
• Experience 3 to 5 Years on branded brand like V-Kool, Solar Guard, Sun Guard, Llumar, Ziebart, ACDelco or 3M window film.



5. AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN / ELECTRICAL MECHANIC
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Automotive Electricians install, maintain, diagnose faults and repair electrical wiring and computer based equipment in cars.
• Diagnose, service and repair faults on electronically controlled vehicle systems such as electronic fuel injection and ignition, anti-lock braking, cruise control and automatic transmissions.
• Test, replace, recondition and install equipment such as alternators, starter motors and batteries.
• Repair or replace faulty ignition, electrical wiring, fuses, lamps and switches and use specialized electrical tools and machines.
• Repair and install air conditioning system.
• Identify automotive parts/components.
• Experience 3 to 5 Years working with GM, Ford, Chrysler specialized with American, European and Japanese Vehicles.


6. AUTOMOTIVE WHEEL ALIGNER
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out wheel alignment operations.
• Diagnose faults in vehicle stability and tire wear.
• Checking and/or servicing the steering system and suspension.
• Inspect vehicle systems/components and determine preferred repair action.
• Balancing wheels and making adjustments to various elements such as camber and toe-in.
• Specialized in post-alignment check and road testing.
• Experience 3 to 5 Years working with Michelin, Good Year, or Pirelli Tire Service Centers.
• Equipment Experience Hunter & Beissbarth Wheel Alignment Systems American & German Technology.
